First house purchaser here, one thing I really don't know is concept of discount (member of PG as well), since there will be 15pc discount, does it means that you can do 85pc loans, ie no down payment or you can only do 90pc loans out of discounted price? Secondly, any other charges, snp, stamp duty etc, thank you very much
