One of my biggest regret is not getting this apartments in 2013.
Now i have to dig in hard in my pocket to own one of these, a friend of mine already booked one at 15% discount from the initial rm432k price, hes a petronas staff. The twin ferra villa which is facing the lake initially cost 1million is now at rm4 million. 400% increase within 2-3 years. What are the left over units that is facing the lake and in sight of precint 5, that is where the fireworks, red bull race and balloon events would be. |

I believed the launching price was higher. Still, there should still be substantial capital appreciation since Presint 7&8 are earmarked as International Hub. The first drive-through McD in Putrajaya/Cyberjaya will be opened just across the lake of Fera & Tamara. There is also big commercial/retail development in front of menara Pjh by MRCB. If only Pjh introduce water-taxi or ferry service for travelling to different area/presint around the lake, with a dock at Ayer8. That will be super awesome. Or maybe there already plan for it and just waiting for implementation. Wishful thinking~ |
