Hai all. Any idea on how to push Bank Lawyer to advise bank to disburse as per billing? They are not answering call/whatapps.. need to push prior dateline otherwise kena interest masa ambil kunci.. headache this type of lawyer..

Lawyer can be a headache. Suggest that u follow-up with the bank instead...or the bank-rep which u applied the loan. Make them push the lawyer instead.

Stage 2f but only 40% progress

Yeah billing 70% but construction looks like less than 50% from outside. Pjh confidence that it could be completed by next year though. Btw what is the earliest first-phase buyer s&p date?

Residential under HDA suppose to bill according to completion of each stage rite?

One question, DIBS according to SPA 3 years is from Stamped SPA date right? Let see on June 13, 3 years is June 16. Anyone can share.

All buyer can get LAD compensation according the SNP stamped date.

How about start date payment of the loan, due to DIBS is only 3 years from stamped date SPA? After 3 years need to start paying progress payment right?
