i think show house open for viewing since last weekend..many cars parked outside guardhouse

Heard tat Chimera hill open for sales! 24' X 80' intermediate house selling at 738K, end lot 950K, corner 1.16m. Very expensive!

only gated and guarder, lake , football field and pavillion.

expensive? i heard many KL & S'pore ppl buying half of them

Last time seremban rasah kemayan was bought by kl and singaporean in 1996 to 1998. That area took a long time to pick up and some even make a loss. I prefer use the money buy eco hill or eco world if i am rich.

i heard now they change location to MAA building next to terminal 1 which is ever higher.

today went to the show unit...almost 80% (non bumi lot)being booked for Superlink.

RK is a goner now, many break-in and owners selling cheap cheap also no one want !!

RK hard to revive ady..

More expensive than S2. By far, the most expensive in Seremban. There goes my dream house.

Looks like Bandar Sri Sendayan is still the cheaper option in Seremban, double storey intermediate ranging around 400k, corners around 600-700k, besides its a mega and a more comprehensive township project. Only thing its gonna take atleast 3 more years before more population start moving in.

Went to the site yesterday. IMHO, Bkt Chemara is definitely an exclusive development with an area of 48 acres.
Superlink (24 x80). There's 2 phase (approx ~140 units), whereby only the first one launched currently. Next will be Semi-D (~70 units) and followed by bungalow (~30 units).

Single entry (G&G). No clubhouse. Maintenance fee RM180/mth.

Superlink are from 780k. The one closer to show house is priced from 800k onwards.
End lot from 1.07M. Corner 1.5M above. End lot and cornet lot is built on 27 x 80.
All units comes with 5 rooms and 5 bath. Intermediate built up is from 2,500++ sqft.

All corners and end lot has been taken.
I think this was taken mostly by SD staff & Prime card holder. It was only open for booking to registered applicant/public from Friday 2pm.

Total take up rate stood at 40% as of yesterday according to SA's.

this friday open to public?

Hi, the show unit near the entrance is the left top first and second unit.

I believe is last saturday because the sales person told us last friday open is for Sime Darby staff, saturday morning is prime customer, sat after 2pm is public..

Orange is bumi lot, green is booked.
