hi, last two week we call to sime Darby and the customer service said double storey link House is 600k onward, semi d is 980k onward and Bangalow is 1.6million onward. how come the rate increase so fast? she said all the while info she gotis this rate.

anyone have any new info for this?

can PM me? actually we "curi curi" went to site for visit the Half way build demo house. found that the toilet door face to the main door..the concept design not really good..haha

Heard that i will launch by Sept but still no news yet.

That day went for meet the sales person. 2 1/2storey semi D is 920K, 3storey semi D is 950K ...and now got early bird discount is around 65K. but the problem is lease hold. The concept very good but every month need pay maintenance fees RM 400.

.bad news...
sime darby now say they plan to launch bkt chemara by end of this year or january next year! they keep on postpone! the worst part is the minimum price for link house now 700k!

Hi all...due to bukit chimera keep delay the project and price increase. We already decided not to wait and bought the semi d at seri binjai,rahang which develop by ijm.
The show unit will ready by end of this month...we curi go in survey again....found that the layout plan actually is good compare to chimera. Mayb you all can go there see see.

Actually this rahang location also quite strategic....matured township.

the Price 888,800 with rebate 20,000. you can curi go site visit...the design House plan really not bad. let me know if u need the photo...

Yes..know is monkey hill but evicted now. But currently the property market at seremban actually also overprice. If we compare back the super link between chimera 700k++ (not yet final price mayb will increase again), super link seri binjai 500k++..both gated and guided concept.

The reason decided we not to wait chimera due to don't like their tactic for the price increase and delay the project for sime Darby . The layout of the design of ijm seri binjai better than sime Darby.(just own opinion only)....somemore actually we bought is for residence purpose..hehe..

Yesterday went for ijm office that found tat so many queue for the s2 apartment project that launch today and found that actually nowadays seremban property market now actually abit like kl..haha..

As my previous post..we already give up to wait the Chimera project as the date and price keep postpone & increase. We already bought the Seri Brinjai house..hehe..

Heard tat Chimera hill open for sales! 24' X 80' intermediate house selling at 738K, end lot 950K, corner 1.16m. Very expensive!

only gated and guarder, lake , football field and pavillion.

I believe is last saturday because the sales person told us last friday open is for Sime Darby staff, saturday morning is prime customer, sat after 2pm is public..
