I kinda prefer this location vs Seremban 2, just before the Jln Sg Ujong traffic condition. Feels more centralized, between Seremban & Seremban 2.


Would be better when Palm Mall opens soon

about taman permai, i've noticed that the prices are going up. lelong units used to be ard 50k-60k, now it's 70k-80k

it's a most sought after place to jump in seremban.

used to be at least one case a year, now they implemented access card system, seems no one jump anymore

Hill Residence is near LEKAS. But with 3 major schools there, traffic is horrible during the school hours. Not to mention the road to LEKAS is single lane (per way), every saturday you'll see heavy heavy traffic



So when exactly Sime Darby will open Bkt Chemara? Last I called , they told me Sept. Now already end Sept...
