Havent assemble my 75004 and 9497 sets. =( So, no picture to spam.

But anyway, yesterday went to Gurney TRU again and manage to see sum new stocks. And surprisingly, I din notice any ninjago sets left as I posted last week. All have change to Super Heroes sets. And I found that there are still plenty of stocks left. Or may be Penangites are not so interested in those sets compared to KL (as you guys said it sold very fast).

Manage to find Rancor pit and unexpected gathering sets which are pricing at 339.90 and 419.90. Not sure is comparable to those reseller or not. Just for all penangites information.

Btw, additional info, Gurney Daiso have re-stock display cases, 2 sizes Big and small (not really small, just medium). Anyone are interested can grab them before sold out. =)

unexpected gathering, seller here selling 310-380. no matter what still cheaper. tongue.gif

I decided to take down all my modulars to see how it all looks like together. It was real marathon carrying 8 modulars down the stairs from my room to the large table downstairs and then bringing them up all again.  But looking at them all assembled and line up is worth it!
I think the 6 seater table is not big enough. As you can see it is almost filled to the brim from end to end. I think I can fit another 5 more but have to take more shots from the rear and front.

See the 2 vehicles? I found out that the FB and PC are both 2 stories and both have vehicles!
omg... thats really cool. now u just need some proper trees, proper shopping area pavement, and some roads. that will be super awesome

QUOTE(zoomckng @ Mar 17 2013, 10:17 PM)
Parkson had a weekend sale if buys over 350, we get 130 cash voucher in return.

So bought some sets that I currently don't have. The battle packs are FOC basically by using the cash vouchers.

Btw there is additional 10% off all items. I wish Lego shopping is like this every weekend

Info thanks to mr. Dilvin. Lets wait for his haul pic also
o_o wah, you all really shopping kaki. good haul. planning to build a star wars army moc? biggrin.gif

Oh boy I cant wait. One of my proudest effort is to  build conservatively:- a lego-tf from whats limited by 2 sets (rather than abundance of parts ).  Lemme just post this here and probably I compile the instructions this weekend =)

not bad for a rm45 + rm50 = rm95 figure.  Take that Kreo's!
*
wa, master! notworthy.gif very nice indeed. maybe u can plan to create one that combines 4 small bots into 1 big bot. tongue.gif ok, just the fanboy in me speaking

Are you sure beli LEGO kena tax ?
Was planning to get a box and checkin luggage.
*
all plastic toys above RM 500 will be taxed. so if they check ur luggage, u will kena 10% of that item cost.
but if u ship it over, u'll be taxed item cost + shipping cost.

thats my understanding la.

if u bring in via check-in luggage, very hard to kena tax la. unless u really bring in damn a lot. else u can try to justify is a souvenir, bla bla bla

Did they see any of your Lego / bricks ?
Unboxed or not ?
Do they tax you ? What reason you give them (if they asked) ?

So far, touch wood, I've never been asked to open luggage before.
Scan x-ray kena few times.
Generally just walk straight through.
*
nolar, the time i kena, i din buy any LEGO. i only brought few bottles of beer from UK ;p
they din say anything

the time when i had few DUPLO, few normal LEGO and 1 big mill falcon in box ......... they were too sleepy (6am i think), and din kacau me

Ok..another upcoming community bulk thingy....
Based on the list i gather from forummer, here are the things i considered bring in :
Winter Village Cottage 10229
Star Wars Millennium Falcon 7965
Creator Pet Shop 10218
Creator Grand Emporium 10211
Monster Fighters Haunted House 10229
Palace Cinema 10232
Arkham Asylum 10937
camper van 10220

Generally, i have the idea of the price for community bulk. Special price are given to recurring forummer who tumpang & buy many stuff... thumbup.gif
Im still not sure the final price, but hopefully its cheaper... tongue.gif

Eh, i just asking the price on the forum last time... blink.gif
I think you mention around 800 .
I just want to check whether i need to import myself or just buy from seller. My hands just itchy to get some sets and no one want to do that bulk order thingy.. tongue.gif
So..i decided just to do it anyway. And im not in a rush to get those set (so that it gave me ample time to save more money by June/July)..
Dont worry.. with your price, i think plenty of people will buy it at your sales thread.
*
because other ppl do bulk ordering oso cannot be as cheap as urs ler. sad.gif
