Been raining cats and dogs in Shah Alam, hope that the weather holds today. Wanna ride trails and jump. Hope the dirt jumps still maintain their height. Want to build a wider and longer landing for the table top and build a landing for a gap jump (which currently has no landing at all).

And no, our jumps are not as big as Aptos.

my friend almost died, when he fell downhill-ing in Klang. His face smashed in, blood came out in curdles from his mouth swallowed his tongue - the fact that someone was there to tear his mouth open and pulled his tongue out and keluarkan all the blood from his mouth saved him. Also that RM2K TLD fullface saved him. If it was any other, he wont be around already. Another kid, broke the vertebrae at his neck and paralyses waist down at the sg besi FR track, the cheapo 611 helmet slipped of his head when he fell forward.

next time when you think of saving money on a quality helmet or a neck brace or chest armour and decided to get a lower end alternative to save some money, just remember that you can put that money aside for a wheel chair or life time paralyze treatment.

Coils are still popular in DH is because it still absorbs pretty great from the amount of plushness to stiffness. Although currently they're testing air shocks and air DH forks are almost ready for the market, probably 2014-2015.

Yup. Im running 1x8 drive setup and chain keeps on falling. and its mighty dangerous if you land from a jump, set to pedal and the chain has dropped. Chain might get stuck on all places like i have experienced many times.

So by not running chain guide, is there any other alternative????
