Currently, 50% power i press the lever, i get 75%+ for steel rotor, but only 25-40% for carbon rotor. In order to get 100% power for braking, i need press more harder the lever. Unable to skid since i use the carbon rotor for rear brake.

air in brake line so bleed.
pads not suited for use on C rotors.
rider skill, no enuff skill so depend on brake power to compensate.
tires, not enough grip so lack traction under braking.
riding position too backward, so F brake not getting benefit of forward weight transfer and better traction.
