Try re flash stock rom, kernel, bootloader and stuffs and boot first. Then only load fastboot to flash twrp.

The command is adb push or pull then file directory of the thing you want to pull push then directory you want to save. Have to Google it out. You can use adb push pull gui. Google it

If you already rooted, use Greenify to hibernate those apps (eg. facebook, line, wechat etc.) who always wakelock your phone, so that you can juice longer.

u download the rom u want and copy paste to your internal memory, then u boot into recovery and flash it.

can use voodoo rootkeeper, keeps your root after flashing and stuff. but that's mostly for OTA updates only, manually i dont think possible since it'll wipe out our entire device.

Yes, a lot people complaining it the Pro version is battery drain, but for me who using the Lite version, so far so good, no really drain battery, somemore the developer seems to be already abandoned the project.

After a month using Nexus 4, now have time to tweak franco kernel. Current set up:

CM10.1 nightly + franco R93, fiddle around with settings and UV.

Now can get 20k and above on antutu benchmark.

xylon with franco kernel seems pretty good. more features than cm10.1
