Just got to know that the units here are fully snapped up. I'm keen to buy a unit, but was told the queue was quite long. Hey anybody here wish to let go? I don't mind paying you a bit.

the show unit was done by blu water. ID cost about 400k each unit.

Was at the show house last week. This weekend they will have the soft launch of the 2nd phase.

Info I got was the unit will be smaller and about 10% increase in price.

2nd phase have about 30+

Sound like the food we are getting in the restaurant now, more expensive and less ingredients

Raw material prices keeps increasing, is only natural it will increase. Also osk staff told me they change the main con and assure quality... anyway time will tell

Did osk mention about new access or build a proper guard house at the entrance??...
Hope the low cost won't have access to our taman....

Two acces road but unconfirmed. One will be sri damansara and the other will be kota damansara. Agent said have to wait town community is stronger then maybe more chance to open.

As for the guard house, vale one and two will have same acces...

really?....need go thr see wat agent tell me...still considering to invest in that area...
The access not good with only a pondok guard house at the entrance plus if no new access thn this place would be crap with the low cost building at thr.....

400++ psf is quite good price i think now. As compare condo is at least 550 ~650...

Yes, the access is not too good at the moment, hopefully developer manage to open the other access to Sri damansara...other than that I think the vale is a very good buy...modern design,low density, forest view n located at high land, good Feng shui;)

How many units still available for phase 2?

Price for phase 2 increased quite a lot n smaller, but already booked one unit as really love the modern concept..any bank offer the best rate?

same same only... later Sri damansara already jam like hell. In future another damansara foresta going to share the same road. I don't see sutera damansara is a good place to invest.

Good to hear that Vale is all sold out as I am Sutera Damansara Ria II owner.

Any idea why Almera 28 still have some units while The Vale so fast grab up ?
