Deep into Damansara Damai. Accessibility is not too good given the location of by-passing so many old apartments.

The pricing is mad, and I feel over priced at this area.

I actually like the layout and deisgn of this place.

Also its just less then 2km from main road.

I when and to view the show unit, its actually very nice, and the whole serounding is gated with lots of greenery.. which i think most will like

If the project is next to the old apartments/kampung is one thing but if the owner has to travel pass and see it everyday then the selling price compared to the "feel" of ownership is on the high side...

Not sure about the stolen abandon car. But im quite interested in getting one there

Looking at about RM360/sft.. with damansara address, its kind of good.

Near by sunway spk is about rm500/sft.. and its 10min away

Not good. The main road along sungai buloh-kepong is very jam.
Unless if you are a frequent NKVE user, then it's fine.

yup... i work in sg buloh. so its 10min away from my office. comparing now i need to drive from pandan indah using mrr2..

1) "Damansara" Damai ain't no Damansara. Certainly not a DU or DJ for sure.

2) Sunway SPK is not "near" in any sense of the word. It's 10 mins away by car, at 12am traffic. This place is probably closer to Kg Baru Sg Buloh than to Sunway SPK.

3) If buy for own stay is one thing, buy for flip......good luck to you.....

Surely its not DU nor DJ.. but its only just around the corner.

You can look at Damansara Foresta (Condo) that can sell for RM630/sft... and its CONDO only.. flip i not sure.. but guess by the time it is completed, can expect min 20% to 30% increment..
