This is so stupid. I send in my phone to repair on February 19th and they told me my phone will be fix in 2 weeks time. Now it have been more den 2 weeks and i give them a call. The person say my phone is still pending, they need to order spare part to fix it.
Seriously, i think its software related matter but they say hardware and what kind of service that does not keep spare part for their flagship phone. Im so angry now, btw the problem i face with the phone is Screen flickering with those small little white line. Unable to reboot stuck on NOKIA logo when i do a master reset. Unable to read incoming and outgoing message. |

Other countries got Portico since Dec/Jan. Somemore, Microsoft and Nokia now testing on newer Update (GDR 2), which expected to roll out this summer. We still waiting for Portico.... |
