Nokia Malaysia very very slow. Like turtle.
Other countries got Portico since Dec/Jan.
Somemore, Microsoft and Nokia now testing on newer Update (GDR 2), which expected to roll out this summer.

We still waiting for Portico....

The problem I think is with Nokia Malaysia.
I even wrote a email to Nokia CEO. Subsequently Nokia Global Support was trying to make a arrangement for me to have my phone update to Portico in Nokia Centre PJ. However, I am too busy to go Nokia PJ.
I even asked Nokia Global Support the release date of Portico via OTA in Malaysia. Unfortunately, they don't know the date.

Now we only need to wait and wait, wait, wait, wait, wait Snail Nokia Malaysia to release the OTA update.

Anybody had their phone update in Nokia Centre?
After update, do I need to re-download all the app, and re-arrange/configure all the Tiles setting on main screen?

Your phone is fine. That feature only available after update to Portico.

Nokia Malaysia claimed they are working "hard" to bring Portico update to Malaysia.
However, until today we still waiting for their snail speed update. that's means they never working hard.
If they work hard, we should be get it Jan/Feb like other countries.

Should not be Telco. Most of the Lumia 920 are telco independent. Should be slow snail, turtle, Nokia Malaysia.
I am very frustrated with them. If they not release by next week. I going to write am email to Nokia CEO.

Totally agree, Not just Nokia Music Service, about the Portico Update as well...

Some Lumia 620 users got OTA update. Hopefully soon for 920 as well..
