Date of transaction: 7th feb 2013
Details of the complaint : This month the sim was barred, then the seller falsely accused me of using the line for phone call, called maxis, maxis said no such things, worst still the seller asked me for reconnection fee, luckily maxis can reconnect back without any extra charges. Then the seller said wanna terminate my subscription for watsoever reason i dont know, say i am not satisfied then dont want deal with me. Hello, if it is ur customer service is subpar, does it looks like it is my fault? Then the seller say i dont have to pay rm110 next month on 7th march then will discontinue. Problem is now i already cannot connect to maxis. I still have 2 more weeks and he cut off and does not issue me a refund. The actual maxis due date is on 14th every month. I believe this is over the limit. I am fine if there is no refund and so i am able to use the line until march 2013, but it was cut off prematurely and i have already paid for the february 2013.
This seriously is a con case. Please consider tagging the seller as dispute. I want my rm110 back because i paid rm110 for nothing.
