First of all thanks for opening the thread to raise a issue here .
However i didn't receive ur PM to highlight me you created this thread , i came to this thread by an forumer who post on my thread,

The problem occured when customer make call , the line will be automatically barred. You insist that you do not know those number u called , so we restore the line to you , after the statement come and we proved to you that your line is making call. We did not make false accuse here

Hi , After investigation , we will fully admit our fault of the incorrect submission on the database. We have already settle the problem with TS and everything goes well.Fully Apologize for the mess
