Item being sold/bought: Maxis unlimited rm110 per month

Date of transaction: 7th feb 2013

Details of the complaint : This month the sim was barred, then the seller falsely accused me of using the line for phone call, called maxis, maxis said no such things, worst still the seller asked me for reconnection fee, luckily maxis can reconnect back without any extra charges. Then the seller said wanna terminate my subscription for watsoever reason i dont know, say i am not satisfied then dont want deal with me. Hello, if it is ur customer service is subpar, does it looks like it is my fault? Then the seller say i dont have to pay rm110 next month on 7th march then will discontinue. Problem is now i already cannot connect to maxis. I still have 2 more weeks and he cut off and does not issue me a refund. The actual maxis due date is on 14th every month. I believe this is over the limit. I am fine if there is no refund and so i am able to use the line until march 2013, but it was cut off prematurely and i have already paid for the february 2013.

This seriously is a con case. Please consider tagging the seller as dispute. I want my rm110 back because i paid rm110 for nothing.

U wan prove this kind of shit? 1st of all, the phone number oledi wrong, 2nd i live in Sarawak. U wan fuk with me? T&C here and i never make any phone call. I dont mind bringing this to my lawyer. I did not violate any T and fuking C here, now u FALSELY ACCUSED me and U BLAME EVERY SHIT on me when u never check the number properly. When i did not breach any T& fuking C, yet u cut my line off and did not issue me a refund, this consider very serious fraud case. Moreover u wanted me to pay u reconnection fee. I ALREADY TOLD U i DOUBLE CONFIRM with maxis that my SIM AND NUMBER did not have any outgoing phone call or SMS.

I keep tell u double check double check my number, my sim. In the end u clown show me this kind of screenshot that the number is not even mine? I gave u alot of chance edi, i even say, ok nvm i don wan to argue, i pay u rm110 per month and i continue using ur service. But wtf u go and cut off my line yesterday, i am on fire then i only post here because i paid for this month rm110 yet u cut my line off. U think i happy?

u mean maxis show wrong number but actually is mine number?! I believe maxis system no so shit and when they register is another number means it is not tis number already.. If they accused me with wrong number, and bite me say is my fault, u think this is fair to me?

good seller doesnt mean he WILL NOT cheat me, or most probably, WILL NOT make a mistake. He can make mistake i dont mind, but whether he wan admit is his fault or not.

Thanks for all the constructive discussion and i am owes open to the sellers' saying. I only wish to solve this peacefully, as i already said earlier, i dont mind continue, i just dont want to be falsely accused.

Called number is shown by him so i have no business with it and i put my hand on the bible and say "I do not recognize any number shown there." Oh well, the registered number he shown arent my number anyway. I wanted to show my number very very clearly because i scare later he come say i bluff him or watsoever, everyone here can be a witness, i dont like being under table. Anyway i will not receive any call thru this number because firstly it had been cut off, 2nd the sim stays inside the sim and i do not have any program tat can do phone call.
