Straight format then flash no need reboot  |

any one knows how to link my maxis bill 2 google playstore? i want 2 buy some paid apps but i got no credit card. in google help, it says : "Select the option to bill to your mobile account from the drop-down menu." but i still cant find the option at all from my phone.
