For self cuntribution, its possible to transfer RM60K one shot on PB e-banking.

Check your Withdrawal Eligibility section.
You can see the current total with any cuntributions made in 2020.

Max should be 60 grand as thats the max u can self cuntribute per annum for EPF Malaysia.
