Renovation? Or moved out?

Try the Pulau Tikus centre.
*
Last week went to Bayan Baru Digi Express Store and was told no auto payment service. Yesterday went to Beach St and found out they have moved across the street and now under renovation.

Thanks for the info. On Pulau Tikus centre.

They moved it to the opposite side (previous DIGi) on the same Beach St., same side as Standard Chartered Bank. If you walk from Ocbc towards Std Chart direction, if not mistaken, second shop after you cross the road. Still under renovation.

End of May need to pay quit rent, somebody reported it is 5% rebate in Penang. But there is no Penang land office in the Ocbc internet banking merchant list.
Anybody can confirm 1 or 5%, tq

i apply for SCB BT program and they late processing my application thus SCB only make payment after my OCBC statement due date

I tried with these banks and can say all successful, Citi, Ocbc, UOB, you need to have a good track record and the late payment incident is happened once in a long period..

Call direct.......My UOB rebate was expire and I did not notice. Called UOB ask for "rebate" (cant think of a right term to describe). The UOB customer service person said will try to request but no guarantee....the following month statement, received the rebate, RM7+ which is the amount that "expired"..
To avoid this from happening agian, I have already use up my next 6 months rebate...

3% per year? This is attractive if this is true....Ocbc FD promote is 3.4%, can make 0.4% profit !

Anybody received calls for OCBC Personal Loan from Credit Card ?
Only 3% p.a.... Good deal for those who knows how to earn >5% thru other investment vehicles.
Payment installment : Principal Amount + 3%, divide by 12 months
*
How I wish I got that. My OD rate already 4.5%.
Good for Aus$ FD. Now the exchange has dropped below RM3. Ocbc furher give additional 5%. For one month FD only.

Very difficult, because I do lots of txns a month, and almost always exceed the RM50 monthly cap. Anyone knows if shopping at NSK gets 5% or 1%?
*
After x number of transaction which you think is manageable to you , print out the unbilled statement, call up customer service, ask them how much have you collected for your rebate.
example if they tell you is 27.50, then you will know how much more you can spend, (50-27.5=22.5) in terms of 5% you can spend another 450, in terms of 1%, you can spend up to 2250. Of course when the customer service tell you the rebate you have, check to make sure ocbc is based on your last transaction.

Another way is with the printed statement, go through with the CS, how much you have collected.

I see, alright I will wait and see on june.

Between, called CS to changed the mailing address, get to know that the address u changed on Internet banking that it does not reflecting to your monthly statement, that is only reflecting to yr internet banking, so in order to change the mailing address for monthly statement, need to call up to CS (don't know branch can be done or not).

And also requested to change the cycle date, based on CS advice, I think there is only three cycle date can be choose which is 6, 12 and 25. correct? But end up choose for 6 of every month. I have Just get the first statement only, but the second statement will be issued on 6th June, so fast.

Besides, I through the hard copy statement can be change to soft copy statement send by email, however, there is no soft copy to be send, only will send for hard copy for monthly statement.  sad.gif

Soft copy available when you log into the internet banking...

Try but cannot get it, only get the link of the website, but not the PDF file

You can get the copy as PDF file?
*
At the end of the statement, there is an option print/save, click it, and the printable format statement appear, go to the bottom of screen, click save, you screen will ask your permission to save file

Hi, I had received OCBC sms stated that "Final reminder to pay a bill via ocbc.com.my by 30 June 2013 to earn RM30 rebates-subject to availability."

Quite tempting, will it has high chance of getting RM30 since it said subject to availability...
*
You are going to pay the bill anyway, thus no harm to pay on line to try your luck

Hi guys, I just got my card. I wonder what is "finance charges". 15% pa in interest charge on the 13 month for card members who make prompt payment for 12 consecutive months means? Is it mean after a year using the card I will be charge 15% of interest rate of total spending? Lol
*
If you pay all before or on due date, zero finance charge..

If statement balance RM2000 and pay only RM 100 on due date, balance RM1900 will be subjected to 15% pa finance charge..
