You'll be overbulked with fats due to high carbs n protein.. my suggestion is just take one..either whey or mass gainer.. you need to check on the carb n protein contents for both and adjust to ur diets before you consume both.. normally, whey has enough carbs to meet your daily requirements already.. besides, more cost of you to purchase both supplements..

If you're not hard gainer, I wouldn't suggest you take mass gainer because it is damn expensive with very less servings per pack. It is better you put the money on real food to get complex carb such as brown rice, oats or sweet potatoes. I have mass gainer my own but I rarely use it because it overbulk me with fats. The time I mix it with protein is when I'm really in rush and I need the nutrition for my breakfast to fill up my daily quota.
I think it really depends on individuals, before you buy, get to know ur macro. Mass gainer just way too expensive to invest on.

My experience tells me that you can gain quite significantly if you're new to bodybuilding..me gain 4 kgs straight in 1 week from 52kg to 56kg just by taking enough supplements..off course your diet needs to be surplus too.. Just eat more n bulk up if you're not seeing any results after 2 months..

QUOTE(pacowilson @ Feb 14 2013, 06:30 PM) After weight training, you may gain some weight. You just need to keep on your training. Now I'm facing a big problem: One years ago I'm 50KG, 166cm, after one year home workout, now I'm 62KG, 166cm. During home workout, I do three times per week, and eat lots of food. Now I find I can not gain any more weight. The weight keep stable, even eat lots of food. I realize I'm in weight gain plateau. yea u are right..
