I'm planning to take both mass gainer & whey, whey for the high amount of protein & mass gainer to meet my calories requirement. Of course i'll still have my breakfast, lunch & dinner. What do u guys think?

You'll be overbulked with fats due to high carbs n protein.. my suggestion is just take one..either whey or mass gainer.. you need to check on the carb n protein contents for both and adjust to ur diets before you consume both.. normally, whey has enough carbs to meet your daily requirements already.. besides, more cost of you to purchase both supplements..

Yeap, if its 100% whey...that's y he needs to check on the contents of carb n protein first b4 consuming both or either one..

me also think to take both biggrin.gif already doing workout 1-2 weeks in chest build, take nitro tech. not really see gain weight. 57kg-58kg, breast still flat lol... think to take mass tech to meet the 3080kcal per day need... may be mix it 1/2 +1/2 or 1/2+3/4 or 1/2 +1 scoop hmm.gif

Growing needs time n patience bro..give it at least 1-2 months.. make sure eat right, sleep enough, exercise enough.. My experience tells me that you can gain quite significantly if you're new to bodybuilding..me gain 4 kgs straight in 1 week from 52kg to 56kg just by taking enough supplements..off course your diet needs to be surplus too..

Just eat more n bulk up if you're not seeing any results after 2 months..
