Can anyone share the right method to calibrate the battery? There are so many weird methods out there

My phone is freaking hot around the top half of the phone.... Arghhhh!!!!!!!!! It's getting worse day by day...  now put into pocket also feeling warm/hot...  Haiz... Is it just me???

So do u think the white UI or the previous one is better?  But I like the new transparent look of the panels now.

I want to ask something, after updating to JB must recalibrate the battery? I did the steps mentioned in first post, I played with the phone till battery 0% left and the phone automatically off. Went to charge it, I told myself to take out after 1 and a half hour because I think that's when my phone reach 100%. I forgot and took it out 1 hour late, which means I charging it for almost three hours already  . Is my battery still considered recalibrate already?

Need some advice here.My phone display keeps turning on (black screen but with backlights on) after finish receiving a call..
Then i need to press the power button to off the display otherwise it keeps turning on forever.

hi fellas, wana ask bout your display colors.
the white, grey and blue colors..if you compare with other phone does it looks the same?

because mine the blue looks slightly greenish. for example i have a blue wallpaper, if i put my phone side by side with my laptop the color is very different.

i have compared with nexus 4, the blue color is the same with my laptop color but not my xperia t.

this past week I've been getting a notification to move apps to SD  because  my internal storage is 75%  filled.

my internal storage is like 75% empty.

this only happen the past 1 week.  got the notification 3x  so far.

owwwwhhhh........dun feel so bad, maybe got le for the next update for T. btw, I just installed the latest update 9.1.b.1.67 not sure why but first time after update the batt really consume a lot, in just less than five minutes already 10% gone, crazy!!! also i feel the refresh rate of UI is faster but choppy not as smooth as earlier JB version, another thing I noticed is camera is faster and image focusing is sharper. Oh ya, the xperia words doesn't light up so far after hung up calls.

Tat's wat I m talking abt with the TX!    But with the ZL the details are washed up...it sucks really 

last night .. im just worried.. but when i woke up this morning from 45.. it became 28% ..is it normal ? LOL.. then the android came with 46% ...

And also may i Ask what Task Killer is good ? or battery saver apps ?

This is my usage for today.. Today I got final and I dont use the phone very much... But I always thinks about the battery when I want to play games and that annoys me . Maybe I should buy power bank..

Done that but nothing changed, I already recalibrate the battery but still the battery drained quite quickly.. Should I download battery saver app?
