I think it's really good for people who want to play 3ds games, but dont want to spend much because using PC as main platform.

It's genius, really. Because, these people will actually migrate to the 3DS once they liked 3DS games.

First off I need to thank everyone who contributed to the FAQs. It is a very informative read.

I plan to buy a 3DS soon to play Pokémon X/Y. The region stuff is sorta confusing since I just started my research yesterday ^^. So I make it simple: It is safest to buy a Malaysia model 3DS and it can play ASI and NA. So will these versions of games widely available on sale here on Lowyat right?

What about the E-Shop? It is something like PSN shop where I can buy game/dl demo right? If I set the US as recommended, I should play it on Malaysian 3DS right?

And 3DS is a good platform for JRPG? any recommendations beside Pokémon?

well all is the original 3DS punya flaw
screen got 2 scratch line, circlepad rubber worn off and A B button crack... my 3ds serve me long long time d... time to put it to rest

Hi sifus I'm now in Japan and I visited the biggest electronics shop in akihabara. They are selling Nintendo 3ds LL at rm620. Tempted I buy but my questions is can I change the language of the console to English and can this console support English games? Thanks

Hey I just bought my new 3DS XL US set! I was wandering, the shop seller gave me a USB plug for my 3DS. They told me charge it with the USB. Instead of the original wall plug that comes with it. They mentioned "it causes short circuit". Is this true?

But I got 3rd party wall adapter for US wall plug and its fine charging my PSVita US set for 6 months already.

Alright noted, thanks! But now there another problem....

My 3DS XL now can't seem to charge by using the Charger that came along with the console (even using travel adapter isn't charging). But the USB that retailer gave its working and charging at the moment.    I test the travel adapter on other US head-plugs and its fine. But only the 3DS XL charger isn't charging the machine. Should the best option I request for a change from the retailer?

anyone know where i can get the usb for it? the charger heavyarm give for my 2ds can't work..

Morning. Err.. Guys, i need help.

Yesterday i try to add fund amount USD10, through Credit Card (Aeon) 2 times but unsuccessful. Then tried with Debit Card (RHB) for 1 time also unsuccessful. Then i receive msg that the payment already been deduct.

Just now i called Aeon and RHB, they said the payment is succesful and required me to contact the Merchant to confirm that my transaction is unsuccessful so they (Aeon and RHB) can refund to me. 

Seeking your advice guys. Should i email Nintendo or what?
