anyone have same problem as me or is this normal? using hori screen protector(bought 3 days ago) on my bottom screen of 3ds xl but disaster scratches. 1 soft swipe with stylus = 1 scratch. is it meant to be scratched so easily or the screen protector i got was fake?

Want to ask, I tried to add balance to nintendo eshop just now. I'm using US region. But then I got error card not supported. After some time I got sms from bank saying that my transaction successful. Will it really charge my card? I did it two times
