I would rather spend extra 5-10 sec when preparing to lift heavy ass deadlift rather than injuries.  tongue.gif

My form is just the same as yours, and I would say it's good  biggrin.gif

Do you guys feels cold at some particular environment?

To describe myself, I am skinny as my arm and bicep almost same size, need to flex only can see the big difference.
Leg is as thin as flamingo, like a stick.

I feel that I am having a very low fat percentage too. Maybe due to walk/jog alot, burned most fat away, will feel very cold when swimming/wind blew.

Building muscle is great, but is it possible without burning that fat away?

no idea what you meant in the last sentence

but the first few sentence, yeah, correct. the lower your bodyfat, less resistant to cold weather

even if you're big like ronnie but at contest BF, they are all very weak and cold

thats just what i heard from people at low BF

maybe darklight he can give some advice since he is shredded laugh.gif drool.gif

Thats what I felt, always very cold because lack of sufficient fat.

My last sentence mean that: Is it possible for a person to body build but does not burn the fat away?
Since to show pure muscle you need to cut the fat away.

lol

thats not going to happen in real life

ideally you can gain muscle without fat, ideally

in reality, more or less you will gain fats

This not approve, what if built muscle on hands/legs but hands/legs still have fat?

If can then bagus thumbup.gif

Maybe should try to just shred the muscle in bicep without interrupting the fat at top level..

owai... what am I even talking? laugh.gif

lol

you mean you want to gain fats with muscle together ?

r you even serious
