I still can recall EkoCheras earlier promotion only 7% rebate (please correct me if I'm wrong info)
So I guess this Ekotitiwangsa almost the same package for early bird package Eg :- RM 600,000 x 7% off = RM 558,000 RM 558,000 / 820 sq ft = RM 680 psf Hmmm...... If this selling price at KL title with Freehold land.... Hmmm...... If this selling price at neaby Setapak / Jalan Pahang area / Titiwangsa area... Hmmm..... |
