Just to recap whats going on in EKC, after 18 months, they havent even complete digging n or piling when other similar projects are already up n going..

Only a naive person would bliv that a 80 storey office tower here would be occupied.. They can't even dig a hole/do piling for their 35 storey duplex n wana dream big..

Well, it is close to KL city CBD though. So you'll never know, provided our economy OK.

I believe it will be Ekovest HQ and they will take many floors.

I think max they can take 3-5floors.
It is a property development n construction company n office staff might be lesser compare to other industry ie insurance, telco.
Most of their staff are workers at site I guess

Read newspaper, price start RM59xk n estimated completion date Jul 2018.
The completion date is quite closed to their Ekocheras...

Anyone know if they r doing earthwork now?...

I still can recall EkoCheras earlier promotion only 7% rebate (please correct me if I'm wrong info)

So I guess this Ekotitiwangsa almost the same package for early bird package

Eg :- RM 600,000 x 7% off = RM 558,000

RM 558,000 / 820 sq ft = RM 680 psf


Hmmm......

If this selling price at KL title with Freehold land....

Hmmm......

If this selling price at neaby Setapak / Jalan Pahang area / Titiwangsa area...

Hmmm.....

Just did a quick check, the nearby condo is Heritage condominium where subsales price about rm350 psft. Freehold

another is Seri Titiwangsa with big sizes unit at about rm500 psft.

Seem like this project also following step with Pavilion 2 become more surprise to customers, need to wait until last min then announce the pricing & package. ..sigh...
