It's too early to tell if they are good property developers or not as they have no solid past track records on any mix developments like these. And kindly do take note that their main con is themselves, Ekovest Construction Sdn Bhd so there is no any past track records on property development.

It's really too soon to comment on their workmanship and delivery. But like most ppl put there, including yourself and myself believe that they may deliver a masterpiece. That explained why I was there so eager to purchase but dropped off because it doesn't fit in an investment speculation appetite. Cheers bro wink.gif
