Try Ikan Bakar at Hj Jalani... their pari grill is exquisite... Hj Ramli is also good but this fler close during weekdays... Breakfast you can try Breakfast Bar... owner is very friendly..

You want decent meals... try Siam Kampung Restaurant... its at the corner of Underwaterworld... quite reasonable...

Shopping, you want place that gives discount if pay cash... try Eastern Native.. or something.. its in Kuah Town.. corner shop (yeah I know my information is not that helpful but if its any help the signage in red... been buying my single malt from him for the past 3 years.. )

never had any problem sleeping at langkasuka tongue.gif (u will be like dead meat when u go to bed i tell u)
it is not very near to airport to be fair
at least 4 mins driving distance from airport
while hotel helang (sister hotel of langkasuka) is located right beside/in front of the airport

im planning to go to langkawi this august(3,4&5/august)
cant wait to go there.....
already book my room at berjaya beach & spa resort.
is 3D2N is enough or i need 4D3N to go visit all around Langkawi?
i already visit langkawi before with my family around 4-5years ago.
now im going with my wife to celebrate our 1st year anniversary.
my wife never been there before, that why she ask me to go there.

and one more thing.......
is that true that price there is cheap?
coz im planning to buy PSP,
if PSP there is cheap compare with in KL, better i buy it at langkawi,
coz i know there is duty free, but is that include electronic device?
anyone know what price for PSP there???

dont.. stuff like psp better buy from the outlet near your home.. cos u can expect the psp to give you some problem in the future, so if you buy from langkawi, how to send back for repair? haha

also i heard, branded stuff and whiskeys, some are fake one... dont know lah..

Was in Langkawi last year. But it was during a dry spell, so Telaga Tujuh & Waterfall was not its best. but had loads of fun at the beach though. Got to be careful when buying chocs, got plenty of fake ones there. Drank loads of beer but for some reason cannot get sloshed, wonder if it's watered down again! Cheers!

Advise you not to buy PSP at Langkawi. Buy it in KL. For other electrical stuff like rice cooker etc, quite cheap in langkawi.

Which area do you prefer? Beach or town? Try Istana condo if u want to stay in town.
