From Kesas , after proton factory, go straight look for Kota kemuning sign board , turn left and you will reach 3 roundabout, all follow 12 o' clock direction , then you will see the rimbayu guardhouse

phase 3 is 32x70, I think the build up is around 2200 sqft. please check with ijmland : 1700 81 8686 , cluster semi d is like corner house without backyard. It is good for family with children to play around the garden. The potential upside is there.

the housing price will go up due to the chain effect from the GST, the building material will definitely go up by manufacturer ,the consultant 's services like the architect and engineering firms will be subject to GST tax also. All these will pass down to developer and will be reflected in the housing price.

As a reputable developer, Ijmland will definitely rectify any defects if any. I have confidence on them. Ijmland will have many more phases to launch, not in Rimbayu only but in Penang, Seremban, Johor and many more.

Very good response , I think by Friday, the Q will be reached 150(fully sold) Today nanyang mention , Gst will only cause property price to go up by at most 2%. I think will be more than 2%. What do you think?
