phase 3 is 32x70, I think the build up is around 2200 sqft. please check with ijmland : 1700 81 8686 , cluster semi d is like corner house without backyard. It is good for family with children to play around the garden. The potential upside is there.

the housing price will go up due to the chain effect from the GST, the building material will definitely go up by manufacturer ,the consultant 's services like the architect and engineering firms will be subject to GST tax also.
