As I know, we no need to pay 6% GST for house purchased. However, developer or contractor got to declare construction material for GST.
What this mean? Final purchaser got to pay extra for the property.

I same like you 1 year ++ ago. I bought Rimbayu phase 1 just by lucks. Now at no regret. Recently I visited few landed property projects. Surprisingly almost all 2 n half or 3 Storey linked house above RM 1.1 mil.
This Rimbayu got great potential for future value gain.
