My 2 cents worth;

1. always apply for maximum loan tenure; so if any circumstances occurred you only need to pay the minimum loan amount.
2. You can always pay extra such as if installment is RM3K, you can pay RM4K monthy - ikut kemampuan, it will automatic reduce the loan amount as well as loan tenure.
3. Do not need to worry about MRTA so much; if you sell the house bank will pay you back the remaining years of MRTA.. tak banyak... It's just for peace of mind.

yay! mesti ada but if bumi units sold out then dont think developer will spend money on on ID or do up a show house.. but even ada since it will be on actual site unlike chimes- a mock house; so technically; when perennnia habis construction baru can see the 'house'. all will nice.. hopefully workmanship cantik.

no worries.. everything there's a first time kan? if the show house is on actual site; for this case as mentioned earlier BR may open a unit for public viewing - kosong house to see the size, space, floor & wall tiles, etc. BR will open this unit until sold out. so technically, this kosong house yet to be jual one.
