is their strategy la.. so unifi can come in immediately while make their buyer happy.

so phase 2 sure got unifi immediately as well, no like other project might need to wait until dunno when.

as all rimbayu house got data port, noneed to pull fiber again i think? (not sure what kind of data port)

there is another land before Rimbayu, just after 3rd roundabout and the road is under construction now, formerly known as Thangamallay Estate.

Last few year have plan to build housing there called Kemuning Jaya but cancelled.

This is a very potential land as it's freehold and it's a small hill land.

how much interest for now so far after 5th payment?

If u really want to visit, drive from 3rd roundabout 3 o clock, turn left after that, drive until reach malay kampung, turn left then turn left again. Then u able to see rimbayu signboard
