so phase 2 sure got unifi immediately as well, no like other project might need to wait until dunno when.

as all rimbayu house got data port, noneed to pull fiber again i think? (not sure what kind of data port)

there is another land before Rimbayu, just after 3rd roundabout and the road is under construction now, formerly known as Thangamallay Estate.

Last few year have plan to build housing there called Kemuning Jaya but cancelled.

This is a very potential land as it's freehold and it's a small hill land.
