Easier said than done. One wld think tht it is only logical everyone wld agree to the fencing esp ijm willing to bear the cost but much earlier in this exact forum, one hse owner disagree to hv fencing even when no need to fork out a single sen for it. I dunno abt u i feel much safer with fence. U may lose some freedom of accessibility esp when u wanna walk ard the neighborhood but better safe than sorry. Really hope when p1 n p2 are ready, RA can be quickly formed n get 100% agreement from owners for fencing

I see forsee we will be hvg problems. If indeed ijm will only sell the unit if u agree to sign the letter of consent for guardhse meaning we will hv a 100% agreement by buyers but when will the gurdhse be built? If done imeediately after hse is ready but ocupancy shd be low i the 1st few years. How to consistently collect security fee after 1 yr to be borned by ijm? If u not move in, chances are u will not pay even if u hv sign agreement for guardhse. And no one can take action if u dun pay then end up security service stopping or lousy service. I think security service is easier to engage if we reach high occupancy rate like say 80%? Hope i am wrong and rimbayu will be a safe place to lives. Kota kemuning used to be like tht but now even hv to be careful when getting out of car after u reach home!

I am a phase 2 buyer. Thr was a balloting for p2 but i think only for those reg balloter who failed to get any units for p1 earlier. Tht is why no announcement to reg for balloting for p2.

So those interested better make friends with some senior SE to get insider news on the balloting. Maybe it will again be a closed balloting.

The 22x70 build up for p3 seems small to me. And one of the p3 model design has a guest room right next to the front entrance. A rather odd design to me. Dun u think so?

Why all of a sudden so many interested bumi buyers for the remaining bumi lots? Is the price of rm660k way below the current market price for phase 1?

How come no such offer for phase 2 remaining bumi lots?

There are complaints from the kota kemuning community recently that rimbayu is carrying open burning to clear land with photos as proof causing bad haze and ashes in the air in most part of kota kemyning. Now Contemplating to take action against ijm. I wonder if the open burning claim is true.

Phase 3 got total of 464 units whr 50% reserved for bumi so means 232 units for non bumi but only 150 non bumi units available to public this sat. So 82 units already taken up internally by ijm and friends and so obviously the better location ones hv already been sapu clean. Will go this sat to kepo kepo smile.gif

Alamak! How come suddenly response so lousy. So different from phases 1 & 2? Maybe due to the last min sms which only sent out on weekend. Thts why, interested party only get to buy the bank draft today. Actually 70 on monday consider very good

Went to the Arc at ard 1.30pm today. 127 out of 150 queue numbers already taken up. Periwinkle show hse will not be ready even on sat when actual booking n selection take place. Ijm calling this as soft launch for phase 3. The remaining units which i think are abt 290 will be open for sale later at higher price. So i think the rm875k onwards price for this soft launch is for them to test water.

Phase 4 is link homes but seems like not many units compared to all the earlier phases. Anyone got more details on phase 4?
