I am buying for own stay. It has a very nice neighborhood and very nice facilities to start a family in my opinion.

I had this sort of discussion with my dad, in terms of interior, Perennia has the upper hand on the in door court yard, but I am not a gardening person nor an in door BBQ person, I prefer to do my BBQs outside of the house. Therefore, I don't see any fit on how am I going to fully utilize the in door courtyard to my best benefit. I could renovate it, close it and make a small room out of it but that will cost a lot of money I think. That is why I opt for Chimes although it is smaller than Perennia, it is good enough for me and my young family.

Guys, anybody know how to calculate the interest that we need to pay to the back? does anybody here could share with me the formula?

Talked to a nice young contractor for Phase 1 and Phase 2 during the soft launch of the demo house last time. He told me, phase 1 mostly being handled by a good contractor and the progress and quality of the finishing is up to IJM's standard. But phase 2 had a lot of problem in terms of dateline and also quality of the finishing, he expects people to submit a lot of defects complaints to IJM once they have received their keys.

Am not sure if this is true or not, he is the contractor and I am not.
