for those keen for 3rd phase, i suggest call once a week to catch up, who knows they will sudden change the launch date.
Like 2nd phase, they suddenly open up for sale without balloting. |

Swimming pool, tennis court, basketball court, sauna, steam bath, jacuzzi, gym, etc... |
