Just an update for my earlier brake issue if anyone is following..
I just done my first 1k service and I tell them my brake has a rubbing noise whenever I apply hard brake or a long brake.

They done the following to rectify the annoying braking noise:
1. Skim the brake rotor.
2. Sand off uneven surface on brake pad.
3. Change the brake system (I'm not sure what are the 'brake system' means, what are the components involved)

But the noise is no longer there since I collected my car, will monitor and report again if the noise came back..

Btw, the SC washed my car for free.. and they provide pickup and delivery within 3km radius..

Just now i was on the road n on the light n was playing with the headlamp level n found out the higher the number the lower the light shoot. Just becos i change 2 osram nbp it is really very useful compare 2 my the other car i have to adjust manually from the headlamp side. I might change the air filter to k&n brand n ngk iridium plug. Anyone here have change the air filter n iridium plug please give some commend regarding the mention item. tq

The 2nd hand price is more or less the same now, T&H is only slightly better priced.
Korean carmarkers are really putting a lot effort in dumping the old reputation. In 5 to 7 years we would not know if the value for our car is on par with T&H or maybe better..
My advise is to get the car u like not looking at its 2nd hand value.

If u would not want to rugi so much when sell it, I would suggest u buy the cheapest car in town (ie: viva, saga sv). Even u trade in at half of ur purchase price, ur actual loss is only rm10k++. U get what I mean.. 

Dont worry about rv go ahead n u wont regret. Initially i was like u, worry about the rv but after using it u will ask yourself wtf i should have buy it long ago.

Why get jap car first, straight get the kimci then if u think kimci  is not good then try jap later n u will regret more. Before i got this car i am using vios ( dugong model ) n to tell the truth this vois also a lot of problem, then when i change to kimci walor i shouldnt had bought this jap becos noisy, problem, old 4 speed engine n so on. Thats why i said u wont regret buying a korean car

Guys, my car showing 9.7l/100km, i think its on the high side. Any commend driving 80% town area n 20% highway n fuel use bhp.

My car was 11L/100km for 100% city, average speed of only 22kmh using shell.. Not tried bhp before.
However, I tried petron when driving from KL to alor star. It was 7.7L/100km, average speed between 110 to 160 kmh.
I think it is normal to get 9.7L/100km for 80% city. Our car is not the best fuel saving in its range.

If shell is bad, n petron n bhp what petrol is good for this car. tq.

I have been driving for 19days now n also yesterday 1st service n i have never seem 6.4 or7.3l/100km for my car. The most i can see is 8.8l/100km n that is only a short while, whereas the meter most of the time hovering around 9.6-9.8l/100km. I might try caltex with my next refill, presently using bhp n hoping after changing 2 laser iridium spark plug might give lower fc.

no la...HE is a good quality car...just that coz im travelling alone on hway and mostly at town so its a waste drivng a big car. monthly fuel is rm500. really pain in the ass...so i need a hybrid...that's my solution...

if HE have technical problem to me is unlogical...its a good fine car. really spacious and most of the time saved me during difficult times. it just that hybrid cars are offering good deals i need to grab that opportunity NOW OR NEVER.

I changed a new set of wiper blade but still the same. Even before I apply any windscreen coating, the wiper is jumping whenever I sweep the rain. The windscreen coating applied now so that I dont hv to use the wiper so often but it does not rectify the problem. I am going back to SC to check on it this weekend, hopefully they hv answer to it...

Today drive my car from butterworth to kangar n back to butterworth manage to get 7.4l/100km. Mileage around 375km n meter showing 7 bar of petrol left,is it a good fc. My cruising speed is around 120kmh. n using caltex, before that using bhp.

Hi 1.8 owner, anyone do change the battery? if yes, what model is it as I saw there are NS60 and DIN55 from other website, which one should I ask for and around what price? Any good battery to recommend?
