Yeah. They are working on the main drainage system, and the entrance area are done. Generally all houses are in shape now, left 2 rows working on the brick works.

Raining season causing entering the site almost impossible unless you don't mind to get dirty. As for completed houses, they will lock it since they are liable for any defects when you collect the house. When I was in there few weeks ago, all the completed houses we're lock.

Passed by Nukilan 3 just now. Here's some updates:
1. Parcel nearer to the Mosque left 2 rows not yet have roofing, 1 currently fixing roofing, others completed.

2. Parcel nearer to Ukiran/Loji left 2 rows no roofing, others almost completed with windows in place.

3. They are clearing the unwanted trees, grass along the slope at the side of the road. Guess they are planting trees or turfing soon.

Overall Nukilan 3 is around 75% completion in my opinion, left few rows and others are the roads, landscaping.

4. On the other hand, Tenun also left 2 rows pending roofing work as I can see, progress is fast and shaping up nicely.

5. Pentas 4 and Tari work progress are also on-going rapidly, especially Tari, can see the structure framework and the 'shape' of the house already.

As I last checked, 1 intermediate + 1 corner unit are the limited units available. However, do take note that the intermediate unit is the one facing south 'T' junction unit, cheapest at RM678,888.

Since you already sign SnP, most likely you need to pay 1% termination fees of the purchase price. Nevertheless, best check with InP.

Prefer Alam Impian over Alam Sari?

For Nukilan 3, inp only offer free SPA and 50% MOT as oppose to Puisi 1 free MOT. this is the difference. Since you are looking at Nukilan 3, thus I believe Puisi 1 will be a fair comparison.

50% of the MoT means developer pay half, and you need to pay half. Exact amount depending on purchase price.

Btw, did the sales office mention to you when will be the new Lauching?

You are right, MOT is around 15k roughly.

Why do INP want to penalise you? If you buy house from them, they offer to pay half of the MOT and another half you pay. Or you have a special situation here?

The last and only intermediate unit available is the facing south T-junction unit at 678,888, a non-bumi quota unit. Normally chinese will not buy houses facing T-junction due to feng shui. But the T-junction here is not main road, only the path between 2 end lot.

Thought you already purchase 1 unit in Nukilan 3, looking for another one?

Referring to some posts earlier, I really thought you already bought 1 unit Nukilan 3, my mistake.

Guess now no more good units for your choice already. What about the corner unit?

Talking about Tenun. This morning I drove the the factory area opposite the last row. Although at same ground level, but the direct front of the row is an empty land.

If InP build proper fencing and plant trees to create buffer zone, think it will be fine. So far the row facing the factory land plot is the slowest sales.

Not sure. Last checked quite some time ago.

Tenun fasçade is very nice, looked better than Nukilan 3 in my opinion.
