Wow! Buil-then-sell for semi D. Will they build then sell for upcoming superlinks too? Like this can save progressive interest payment.

Hmmmm, if that's the prediction, i really can't find the reason of that steep price. What I can think of is that the price is future next 2 years pricing. As it is build then sell, InP will launch several other phases within this 2 years to push the price near to that bar.
In conclusion, price is getting steeper in AI. |

QUOTE(santhy @ Nov 19 2013, 04:37 PM) Tenun construction going on rapidly. The endlot and intermediate next to it nearest to the site entrance almost completed. Too bad I am not able to sneak in to view yet, their security chase me out when i attempted the first time. The other units are progressing pretty well, most of it on roof works already. |

QUOTE(aktoh @ Nov 19 2013, 09:13 AM) No significant changes on Nukilan 3 progress as I can see, except the 'Island' rows almost complete and the rows surrounding it working on the compound fencing wall now.As for the few rows from the entrance nearer to the mosque, still on the brickworks. |

Here's the snapshot for the timber used for Nukilan 3 timber flooring. Not the laminated type. I like the thickness of the timber

QUOTE(babekathryn @ Nov 25 2013, 10:05 PM) Very nice! I always love the evergreen resort home design. Yeah, I notice that too. However, there will be no more launching this year, am actually eagerly waiting for the Pentas new launch. Tari built-up and design not up to my expecting. BTW I've noticed more and more people checking AI out recently especially on weekends, i.e. driving around to look see the township, whenever I go in to join the group. Glad to see AI getting into the limelight ^^ You bought in AI too? |

QUOTE(JChoo @ Nov 25 2013, 10:46 PM) Btw, anyone knows can we turn the car porch slab into a balcony? Thought I saw someone did this in AI? Yes, saw that for Canting unit, turning the slab into room. Have to check with developer or architect, if the piling for the slab can support for room extension. When I asked for Davina for Nilai Impian last time, SA mention the piling for the slab can be used for room extension. Looks really good. |

QUOTE(babekathryn @ Nov 25 2013, 11:36 PM) Opssss, sorry for mentioning something less nice about Tari, that's solely on my personal view Welcome to AI! Tari construction progress looks very fast, starts to turn in shape already. This post has been edited by sycluap: Nov 26 2013, 06:40 AM |

QUOTE(babekathryn @ Nov 26 2013, 09:56 AM) No worries. BTW mine is Tari 2 to be exact. Agree! Location wise, Tari & Tari 2 win hands down. With ample of land behind the house, room for creative expansion will be huge and easy in the future should more built-up space needed. In this aspect, location is more important. The built up is smaller compared to the earlier phases however my family is small so it will be just right for us. In addition, I like it being strategically located at the center of AI and the park is within convenient walking distance. You sign SPA during launching day and enjoyed the 100% free MOT? |

Here's some snapshot on Nukilan 3 progress. Generally progress seems ahead of schedule. Most of the houses at the 'bigger' parcel turn into shape, building on fencing wall now. As for the 'smaller' parcel, progress looked great too with rows already completed roofing, while others working on the walls.

QUOTE(K&O @ Nov 28 2013, 09:22 PM) I have received billing of 25%, so now is 65% billing already.. Starting next month interest paying will be around 1500 already.. Then i guess your unit is the one backing the Loji pemprosesan? Because that row and the row next to it are the fastest, basically consider completed, waiting for road only. Very fast, only the claimming progress i only see next will be 5% claim for the road, then can wait for VP already... Mine claimed at 35% so far. I think you should be able to start paying full installment already right? This post has been edited by sycluap: Nov 28 2013, 11:31 PM |
