Oh man, this price is really steep.

I believe it sure has its specialty compared to Pentas. Let's wait and see if anything special.

Hmmmm, if that's the prediction, i really can't find the reason of that steep price. What I can think of is that the price is future next 2 years pricing. As it is build then sell, InP will launch several other phases within this 2 years to push the price near to that bar.

In conclusion, price is getting steeper in AI.

Tenun construction going on rapidly. The endlot and intermediate next to it nearest to the site entrance almost completed. Too bad I am not able to sneak in to view yet, their security chase me out when i attempted the first time.

The other units are progressing pretty well, most of it on roof works already.

No significant changes on Nukilan 3 progress as I can see, except the 'Island' rows almost complete and the rows surrounding it working on the compound fencing wall now.

As for the few rows from the entrance nearer to the mosque, still on the brickworks.

According to the SA, yes. Only the edge facing Nukilan 1 & 2 is not fenced. I remember some posts ago I attached the fencing part image.

Yeah, I notice that too. However, there will be no more launching this year, am actually eagerly waiting for the Pentas new launch. Tari built-up and design not up to my expecting.

Yes, saw that for Canting unit, turning the slab into room. Have to check with developer or architect, if the piling for the slab can support for room extension.

When I asked for Davina for Nilai Impian last time, SA mention the piling for the slab can be used for room extension. Looks really good.

Opssss, sorry for mentioning something less nice about Tari, that's solely on my personal view

Agree! Location wise, Tari & Tari 2 win hands down. With ample of land behind the house, room for creative expansion will be huge and easy in the future should more built-up space needed. In this aspect, location is more important.

Here's some snapshot on Nukilan 3 progress. Generally progress seems ahead of schedule. Most of the houses at the 'bigger' parcel turn into shape, building on fencing wall now. As for the 'smaller' parcel, progress looked great too with rows already completed roofing, while others working on the walls.

Then i guess your unit is the one backing the Loji pemprosesan? Because that row and the row next to it are the fastest, basically consider completed, waiting for road only.

Mine claimed at 35% so far.

I think you should be able to start paying full installment already right?
