Yes north facing. I don't like south facing. I saw the invoice from developer request up to 45% of the money now..so I guess the construction is up to 45. I feel like too fast..

Tari 2 contractor is Kitacon? If yes, they are really fast

Kitacon normally very fast. Tenun is also under Kitacon, they launch 3 months later than Nukilan 3, but now the progress like faster than Nukilan 3 already.

Pentas 4 too.

I saw the materials (ie tiles) used for both Tenun and Pentas 4 seem to be similar. I wonder if Tari 2 also using same materials?

Yes I bought one of the South facing units. Nice to know you neighbour! Seems like there are around 4 Tari 2 owners in this forum to date and all are for own stay. Keep it coming

As for the contractor I can't recall its name but one SA told me during booking time that it's the same contractor as P2. Not sure how reliable is the info as the SA was very new back then and I don't see her around anymore.

But 1 point to note: Tari 1 & 2 were launched after all the foundation completed and some units already see structure. Maybe this is why we might 'feel' they are fast. Nonetheless, they are really fast.

I signed a consent form for fencing when booking the unit, not sure if others did the same? Guard will be provided by I&P for 2 yrs.

I think you can check with your S&P lawyer or SA in the sales gallery. They should be able to advise the next step.

It seems all upcoming phases in AI will all be Fenced and Guarded. This can further add value to the properties here.
