Alam Impian Nukilan, Anyone staying at Nukilan?

I can see Alam Impian is getting more and more attention among genuine home buyers, comparing its built-up, land size and freehold characteristics compared to other major adjacent townships.
I believe most of the buyers is the same as me, hoping for commercial developments in AI. How good if it can be sooner?

I don't like south facing. I saw the invoice from developer request up to 45% of the money now..so I guess the construction is up to 45. I feel like too fast.. yes own stay. How bout u? U r Tari2 also?

Kitacon normally very fast. Tenun is also under Kitacon, they launch 3 months later than Nukilan 3, but now the progress like faster than Nukilan 3 already.

Seems like there are around 4 Tari 2 owners in this forum to date and all are for own stay. Keep it coming  As for the contractor I can't recall its name but one SA told me during booking time that it's the same contractor as P2. Sorry  But 1 point to note: Tari 1 & 2 were launched after all the foundation completed and some units already see structure. Maybe this is why we might 'feel' they are fast.
