Erm going back to study in Cyberjaya so cant afford RM175/month anymore.

Actually I dont mind the fee so much.. it's the petrol cost. Cyberjaya to IOI is a 1 hour drive to and fro. Petrol money's killing me. Unless I can get RM105 or RM120 monthly fee. That's would help a lot

That's bull. RM175 is passport. RM 159 is home package.

My dad signed up for passport@RM175. His first payment is Admin RM99+JoiningF RM99+ December RM0= RM198.
Mine was slightly cheaper when I joined last month. My first payment was Admin RM99+JoiningF RM0+ December RM63= RM162

Finally, my employer has given a green light for corporate rate for Fitness First.

My passport fitness first membership is gonna cost RM130 instead of RM175, about damn time.

Commercial gyms are expensive. Supplements are no different too. Given future forecast of the economy, best save as much as possible especially since price of petroluem is gonna increase like 25% next year.

Yes, if you wanted to Freeze(Suspend) your membership for few months, you have to inform the Front Desk before 15th of every month.It takes another 15 day for them to process your freezing. Yes it usually takes 1 Calender Month to freeze your membership.So let say you wanted to activate your ffmm, its done anytime by 1-15th date(full payment taken)15-30or31(payment pro rated).

Taking towel service in FF, yes its good idea. Please avoid Menara maxis, damansara, ioi, wisma spk.Thier peak is 6am-9am, 5pm-8pm.

Loose fat ? group x classes help alot. not only RPM. And also please put in mind, RPM classes are not meant for newbies,1st time working out, 1st time doing cardio, heavy smokers.

Yes right, there is 1 year contract, but all the frozen months never taken into your contract. And there is also 3 month temp contract(170montly)

Member who have completed thier 9months can switch to diffrent packages like, Weekend Warrior(visit the club only on sat n sunday. much lesser montly sub fee) or take the monthly visit for 3 times only in a month.

They have corporate rate for people working for Maxis, Diners Club, CitiBank.

Wow, that's really closed to where I am working at.

I usually work out in Manulife Fitness First. Corporate rate thingie is quite sad actually, just did mine. Have to renew the contract for another year plus pay RM99 as administration fee.

Well, probably get to save some money in the long run. For passport is RM130 and for home is RM100 for my employer.

I found a COMPP FF member card in IOI mall today. Anyone here lost theirs?

I've just joined yesterday. And I am paying RM 159    Now i feel cheated.

Got many ways to get guest pass:
1) Guess pass coupon that comes with the starter pack
2) Walk in and fill up a simple form at the frontdesk
3) Walk to a consultant you know and tell him/her that your friend wants to try

All these will end up with brainwashing.

Hey anyone, I have a good news for all of ya! FF W.Consplant is going to have an Open Week starting on 23rd May till 31st May. So, if you have any friend who is already a member in FF W.Consplant, ask them to introduce yourself to the front desk person. After that, you can workout, join classes and having all the privileges as a normal member in this club. But remember,  only if you have friend who is already a member in W.Consplant.
