Any of you go to fitness first around 10am or so? I go to Wisma Consplant branch, and around that time there's usually one whole bunch of housewives, and maybe 1-2 'soft men' joining them. The way they act it's as if they own the whole gym. They'll go to class together, then when they came out of one class they talk and laugh so damn loud that even I can hear them even with my iPod at full blast.

The worst is because the warmup area is just next to the classes, sometimes after class they'll all gather there as if it's some kind of kopitiam and talk like there's no tomorrow.

Which outlet are you using now? Back when I was in Manulife even during the same time there was no such thing. Don't know about other clubs, but it's really really really annoying. I pity those who don't have mp3 player with them. Can you imagine setting yourself up for your squat max when you hear a roar of laughter....geez man.

i go manulife too..the only disadvantage is no many leng lui to buaya compared to all those big gyms at the shopping mall.. but theres a good side though can concentrate properly..

just been to CF@1U yday, helping my friend to inquire. quite nice the environment, but damn their consultant can really blow things out of proportion, especially the price. some more force ppl to join during their first visit. their PT are soooo pricy and desperate. no wonder they still ranked/rated lower than FF. after i help to nego, my friend manage to got 'ok' deal, at least didnt kena conned. so very not sincere. very bad impression n no respect for them.

good thing i already join FF last month. anyway, just wan to ask, what happens if lost the card? is there any fine and how much?
