the tcr1 sells for 3.9 in jbs bikes i think, but then it is in kl and not penang...

the bottles and stand is not worth a lot, rm100 can be more than enough to settle those items

i though that is out of your budget? have you tried finding the lim bicycle shop penang? see if he can get some fuji or meridas within your budget?
