Opus is one of the best in 118 Tower. Since in front of the road, dont think it will ever be blocked. 118 gonna be the new klcc soon

I must admit i dont really study this project/ What caught my attention is when comparing Opus or 118 to KLCC. for me, KLCC is really a very unique for malaysia, not only because of the twin towers, but also the klcc suria mall, the central park, Grade A+ office blocks, lrt, 5 star hotels etc. Opus and the upcoming projects (noted all are individually developed) are all good project, but still unable to compare with KLCC. In fact, for me, for mixed development project i.e TRX, Bukit Bintang City Center, Bandar Malaysia also unable to compare to KLCC yet, because there is not proven yet. just my little opinion only. |

let's see what makes klcc unique presently: 1. international hotels nearby (grand hyatt, four seasons, MO, etc) 2. convention centre 3. host of shopping malls within walking distance 4. grade A office space 5. big public park 6. rail network 7. connectivity to major highways including direct access from one of it (AKLEH) 8. unique and iconic design for kl118 to succeed or surpass klcc, they will need equivalent pull factors if not more. so how many does kl118 has and how many new ones are they able o pull off their sleeves? |

hmmm, those who think 118 will just be 1 outstanding building without anything else would be misleading people.
118 will feature a park like klcc. also there will be mrt and now have monorail. also there will be a mall below 118 and linking to mall area across the street near OPUS, Genting Group prop etc. Check out what is the plan under Tan Sri Syed Mokhtar here and the company from China too. you will know 118 is not just a single nice building.
