Wow, this is currently a very "chap" place.. Will be good for the surrounding.

the road is already jam like hell everday, now with this new project, how can the current road handle such traffic volume?? Malaysia town planning really sucks!!! & the wanna build another warisan building opposite, ??!!

Bte, this condo doesnt look like 118 storey. Looks more like 30-40 storey only

if buy facing the 118, you need to suffer with endless noise pollution.
if buy facing the greens, you never know when the greens would be raped. and if buy high enough, can get cemetery view, right?

I said its neighbour. The 118 storey is confirmed with preliminary land works underway.

Some ppl told me 118 will be groundbreaking after Raya before Merdeka... not sure.

If groundbroke, Opus can sell sky high becoz they say this area will become THE NEW RAFFLES PLACE-LIKE CBD. (TRX is like Marina Bay)
