Yeah Opus after disc also rm1677psf to rm1700psf. Where got rm1500psf like what some mentioned earlier. So now robertson rm1450psf ya? I thought robertson all sold? Not yet?

Honestly speaking, i think opus location is much better if u r talking about walking to warisan merdeka in the future. But the price not cheap now.

Probably true but the route is a bit chap if u walk from robertson to warisan merdeka as compared from opus to warisan merdeka. Just my own opinion.

Opus is one of the best in 118 Tower. Since in front of the road, dont think it will ever be blocked. 118 gonna be the new klcc soon

Apparently u havent done ur research. Other than Binapuri, big names like Tan Sri Syed Mokhtar, Genting Group and 1 developer from China will be building behind Opus. Those flats that u see. Do u know what will happen to them? Do ur research.

Once 118 is completed, klcc will be 2nd tallest. Nobody will care so much about 2nd tallest in malaysia. Everybody wanna see no.1 tallest. Luckily Tradewinds Tower being delayed. If not KLCC will be 3rd tallest in malaysia.

I own a few KLCC props and I am sad to see this happening but KLCC will fall behind soon. Just to let you know, 118 will also have a mall like KLCC, a park like KLCC. The mall will be from 118 itself, going underground to Opus area. Why? Because there is a lack of land there. Not to mention monorail and mrt stations. A few stops to bandar malaysia high speed train, kl sentral and trx.


Next thing u know, tikaram will buy Opus. Like how he kutuk Nadayu 92 area but bought a project next to Nadayu 92. Haha. What a hypocrite. But i dont mind coz he makes lowyat.net interesting

hmmm, those who think 118 will just be 1 outstanding building without anything else would be misleading people.

118 will feature a park like klcc. also there will be mrt and now have monorail. also there will be a mall below 118 and linking to mall area across the street near OPUS, Genting Group prop etc. Check out what is the plan under Tan Sri Syed Mokhtar here and the company from China too. you will know 118 is not just a single nice building. Lol
