Robertson is gold gbi rated...... size smaller....tons of facilities.... mrt... lrt...not just monorail....quality rated quanQ... but bad things....with a wholesale mall .....death plaza rakyat. ....facing hospital.....near workship church... high density.....noice facing road....

I thought robertson is cheaper? Opus doesnt look like rm1500psf to me after discount right?

For me Opus look 1700psf...Robertson yes cheaper...only phase early...now around ..1450 psf...if not wrong

Yeah Opus after disc also rm1677psf to rm1700psf. Where got rm1500psf like what some mentioned earlier. So now robertson rm1450psf ya? I thought robertson all sold? Not yet?

Honestly speaking, i think opus location is much better if u r talking about walking to warisan merdeka in the future. But the price not cheap now.

Probably true but the route is a bit chap if u walk from robertson to warisan merdeka as compared from opus to warisan merdeka. Just my own opinion.

I still dun understand why gamudu wana build a wholesale mall below.. Better if just have a few rooftop restaurants rather than wholesale mall which will reduce the value of the apartments above laugh.gif laugh.gif
