But SA told that developer will follow "H" act progress to claim the billing for both office and SOHO...
I think, the best still go for lvl 7 above to avoid any trouble in future..

Showroom lot ppl... 80% booked for all 4 blocks..
1000units plus for this project.. Just 450sqft and 775 sqft only... I bit back off for cbj cos too many high rise building been launched recently... And mct gt cuming resi condo projects near sp setia area in cbj.. And around 3000 plus units also....

Gt captured some pic but not so gud post here.. Hehe

facilities wise CYBERsquare win, but dun forget is share by more than 1000 units plus there...
They only have extra half court basketball court and futsal court.. other are similar..

And their maintenance fees if not wrong either RM 0.35 or RM0.45.. quite high...
