QUOTE(iLiberty @ Jan 29 2013, 04:34 PM) wondering why nobody can confirm about the Auto-lock with Assistive touch's bugs? before this i see so many user complaining bout this... this is one of the most important fix (at least for me) instead of the battery prob... Confirmed it's fixed

QUOTE(leechers @ Jan 29 2013, 03:06 PM) What i did was open itunes And click update to 6.1..is that ok? Depends on what you want to do. If you plan to use stock 6.1 firmware without jailbreaking, then the OTA update is more than enough, but if you plan to jailbreak (rumours has it the jailbreak will be released this Super Bowl Sunday), then you MUST NOT use OTA update. @pimskeks (one of the founding member of Evad3rs, the team behind the 6.1 jailbreak) has tweeted that if you want to Jailbreak 6.1, you need to use iTunes to update and he did mention that to do a Full Restore (wipe the iPhone clean and restore the iPhone to the latest firmware from the file you download)

Just completed the upgrade for my iphone 5 through reset option in iTune. After restore completed, I have also done the network reset. First thing notice after phone reboot, it shows 3G signal and no longer seeing any E signal. That's a huge improvement. I am on Celcom btw. Looks like assistive touch issue also resolved.

QUOTE(ajin999 @ Jan 29 2013, 08:29 PM) bro why need reset? cannot simply update ah? Can...but i read somewhere that it's better to reset all network settings before updating...so just trying my luck... Anyway, i have just updated to 6.1, lets see how it goes..fingers crossed, hopefully i can get 7 hours of usage...6.0.2, i got 4 hours only..
