If this is correct, the old agreement with the previous buyers is not any different from the new agreement with the current buyers.
The S&P agreement is always made in such a way that DBKL is not responsible for anything.
Maybe people who have previously purchased the property can tell us if this is true.
If you think your current purchased is signed with black and white agreement with DBKL, think again ! DBKL has no endorsement on this project.
